Administrator – Rosa Valdivia

Medical Director – Dr. Siamak Etehad
Dr. Etehad has been practicing internal medicine for 30 years.

Director of Nursing – Sana Omari, RN
Sana has been working in long-term care for over 20 years. She has been with Casitas Care Center since 2009.

Director of Rehabilitation – Tonee De Guzman
Tonee has been practicing as an Occupational Therapist since 2004 and earned her BA in Occupational Therapy from the University of Perpetual Health.

Dietary Supervisor – Alejandro Ramirez
